This Request for Proposal (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Regional Municipality of Niagara (“Niagara Region”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Consulting Assignment to Undertake a Schedule C Municipal Class Environmental Assessment Study for Regional Road 39 (North Service Road) in the Town of Lincoln, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). Niagara Region, Public Works Department, Transportation Services Division, is inviting proposals from qualified consulting firms to lead a multi-disciplinary team in undertaking a Schedule ‘C’ Municipal Class Environmental Assessment (MCEA) for Regional Road 39 (North Service Road) in the Town of Lincoln. The study area extends along North Service Road from the east of the QEW interchange near Victoria Avenue to the west of the QEW interchange near Jordan Road. This RFP is being issued to a subset of the Successful Roster Listing developed from Contract 2023-RFSQ-184 specifically Category 21.
