Creating a Supplier Account:
Suppliers can review open bids and receive notifications about new Niagara Region bid opportunities by registering for a free bids&tenders™ account.
To download bid documents, register for bid opportunities and submit bids, suppliers must select a subscription plan, have a current account, and be registered as a Plan Taker for the specific bid opportunity.
Suppliers may select commodity codes for the goods and services they wish to provide to Niagara Region. The bidding system will then notify suppliers by email of bid opportunities that match the selected commodity codes. Suppliers are solely responsible for keeping their bidding system account information current.
NOTE: To ensure receipt of email notifications generated from the bids&tenders™ system, please be sure to add noreply@bidsandtenders.ca to your safe senders list.
For step-by-step instructions on how to create an account, please refer to the Supplier Support Portal.
