The Niagara Region’s Headquarters Building, located at 1815 Sir Isaac Brock Way in Thorold, Ontario, is made up of 2 distinct buildings, the Campbell West Building (CW), built in the early 80’s and the Campbell East Building (CE), built in 2005. 

The Niagara Region is seeking a qualified General Contractor to renovate the Region’s Campbell East Main Entrance to include a Customer Service Desk, supporting office space for staff, AODA and security upgrades. The Region is looking for an experienced firm that will provide value to the project with demonstrated ability in delivering this type of project in scope, on time and on budget with specific emphasis on quality and performance. The new Customer Service Desk will be the main focal point to all people entering the Region’s Headquarters, so an aesthetically pleasing, accessible and secure Customer Services Desk is of high importance.
