This Request for Proposal is for the engineering services to extend the Thorold Stone Road easterly from the Gale Centre entrance to the Victoria Avenue and Bridge Street intersection with a roundabout. The successful proponent will provide a detailed design according to the current Region of Niagara standards for complete street. The project is targeted for completion in 2022. The plan is to advance the construction of the roundabout in 2020 upon successful acquisition of properties |
