Project Background and Objective

This Request for Proposal is for the engineering services required to prepare the Municipal Class Environmental Assessment and complete detailed engineering design (preliminary design and detailed design), prepare contract drawings and specifications, and provide contract administration, construction inspection, and material testing services for the rehabilitation and widening of Glendale Avenue Bridge, Glendale Avenue Twin Culverts and Glendale Avenue between the Welland Canal and Homer Road.
