This Request for Proposal (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Regional Municipality of Niagara (“Niagara Region”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Niagara Region Website Modernization and Hosting, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). 

Niagara Region is looking to move forward with the replacement of our current external public facing website, located at niagararegion.ca (the “niagararegion.ca website”), with a new and improved online offering to better take advantage of new technologies and approaches to website design and improved overall customer experience. Through the new site, which will remain the preferred first point of contact for residents, the Region will seek to improve service to residents through easier access to information, streamlined access to online services, applications, and engagement channels.
