This Request for Proposal (the "RFP") is an invitation by The Regional Municipality of Niagara ("Niagara Region") to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Niagara Airports Master Planning as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the "Deliverables"). The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is an invitation by the Regional Municipality of Niagara (Niagara Region) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the creation of two Airport Master Plans for the Niagara Centre Dorothy Rungeling Airport (NCDRA) and Niagara District Airport (NDA). The master plans will be utilized as a basis for on-going operations of both airport facilities, future development of airport infrastructure and facilities and to guide growth and development of airport owned and adjacent surrounding lands. |
