This Request for Supplier Qualifications (“RFPQ”) is an invitation by The Regional Municipality of Niagara (“Niagara Region”) to prospective respondents to qualify in accordance with Evaluation of Responses (Part 2) for eligibility to provide Construction Contracting Services as further described in Section A of the RFPQ Particulars (Appendix A) (the “Deliverables”).

Niagara Region will only consider responses received from respondents who have registered with Bids and Tenders and have obtained the RFPQ directly from Niagara Region’s public purchasing portal at https://niagararegion.bidsandtenders.ca/Module/Tenders/en (the “Bidding System”).

It is the intent of Niagara Region, through this RFPQ, to establish a Qualified Suppliers Roster for Construction Contracting Services.

Respondents are invited to submit a “Request for Supplier Qualifications (RFPQ)” response for any or all six (6) Categories outlined herein for which they meet the requirements as further explained within the RFPQ document.

Category 2: Mechanical Contractor

Category 3: Electrical Contractor

Category 4: Flooring/Tiling Contractor

Category 5: Excavating/Paving/Concrete Contractor

Category 6: Roofing Contractor
