This Request for Quotation (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by The Regional Municipality of Niagara (“Niagara Region”) to prospective respondents to provide submissions in response to this non-binding quotation request for Geotechnical/Hydrogeological Investigation and Construction Services for Jordan Valley SPS Forcemain, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).

Niagara Region will only consider quotations received from respondents who have registered with Bids and Tenders and have obtained the RFQ directly from Niagara Region’s public purchasing portal at https://niagararegion.bidsandtenders.ca/Module/Tenders/en (the “Bidding System”).

The objectives of this assignment is to complete the following tasks in order to provide the existing subsurface information to the design consultant firm to facilitate the upgrade/replacement of the Jordan Valley SPS Forcemain Geotechnical Investigation, Hydrogeological Assessment and Construction Services as further described herein. The successful Respondent who undertakes the geotechnical investigative services shall be familiar with the design criteria and supporting design information required for the construction of the Jordan Valley SPS forcemain upgrade, including but not limited to pumping stations, building modifications, buried/partially-buried concrete structures construction, underground forcemain, and related field works.

Invitation Only: This RFQ is being issued to a subset of the Successful Roster Listing developed from Contract 2019-RFP-03 specifically Category 9.
