This Expression of Interest (EOI) is issued by the Niagara Region Homelessness Services for the purposes of obtaining information regarding the interest and feasibility for the delivery of low barrier housing focused emergency shelter services for one or two temporary locations within the Region of Niagara (Niagara Falls and St Catharines), which are intended to be transitioned to permanent sites. The information being requested within this EOI is to ensure service continuity and to understand the capacity within  the homelessness sector across the Region of Niagara.
