This Invitation to Tender (the “RFT”) is an invitation by the Regional Municipality of Niagara (“Niagara Region”) to prospective bidders to submit bids for Real Estate Listing Services for Niagara Region Owned Property – 401A Lakeshore Road, St. Catharines, as further described in Section A of the RFT Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). The subject property consists of approximately 7.51 Hectare (18.562 acres),and is situated on the north side of Regional Road 87 (Lakeshore Road). The site is considered vacant land. |
