This Request for Proposal (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Regional Municipality of Niagara (“Niagara Region”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Detailed Design and Construction of the Grimsby WWTP Septage Receiving Station, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). The successful proponent will deliver the required investigations, preliminary design, detailed design, tender period services, contract administration, site inspection and warranty period services for the Grimsby WWTP Septage Receiving Station Upgrades. This RFP is being issued to a subset of the Successful Roster Listing developed from Contract 2023-RFSQ-184 specifically Category 7.
