This Invitation to Tender (the “RFT”) is an invitation by the Regional Municipality of Niagara (“Niagara Region”) to prospective bidders to submit bids for Welland Child Care Roof Replacement Project, as further described in Section A of the RFT Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). 

The successful bidder will be required to remove the roof and replace with new as per the plans and specifications.
