This Invitation to Tender (the “RFT”) is an invitation by the Regional Municipality of Niagara (“Niagara Region”) on behalf of the Niagara Public Purchasing Committee (“NPPC”) to prospective bidders to submit bids for Rental Services and Cleaning of Entrance Mats as further described in Section A of the RFT Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). The Niagara Region on behalf of the Participating Agencies is looking to obtain a Contractor to rent entrance mats to its locations and provide all associated services; within the terms and conditions provided. All operations will be performed with promptness, efficiency, and meet with the deliverables outlined herein. |
