This Request for Tender (the “RFT”) is an invitation by The Regional Municipality of Niagara (“Niagara Region”) to prospective bidders to submit bids for Preventative Maintenance for the HVAC Systems for Facilities Management, as further described in Section A of the RFT Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”). Niagara Region will only consider bids received from bidders who have registered with Bids and Tenders and have obtained the RFT directly from Niagara Region’s public purchasing portal at https://niagararegion.bidsandtenders.ca/Module/Tenders/en (the “Bidding System”). The objective of this RFT is to obtain a Successful Bidder to provide HVAC preventative maintenance to the Facilities Management Department at Niagara Region Municipality.
