This Request for Supplier Qualifications (“RFSQ”) is an invitation by the Regional Municipality of Niagara (“Niagara Region”) to prospective respondents to qualify for eligibility to provide Winter and Summer Grounds Maintenance for Niagara Region facilities as further described in Section A of the RFSQ Particulars (Appendix A) (the “Deliverables”). Niagara Region intends to pre-qualify respondents for contractor services related to Winter and Summer Grounds Maintenance, as well as Snow and Ice Removal, at facilities located throughout the Region. For the purposes of this Request for Supplier Qualifications (RFSQ), respondents will be evaluated based on Company Background, Relevant Experience, and Project Team Qualifications, as outlined in the RFSQ particulars (Appendix A) Niagara Region intends to conduct a second-stage invitational competitive procurement process for the delivery of these services. At that time, additional context, detailed scope, and technical requirements will be provided to prequalified respondents. |
