This Invitation to Tender (the “RFT”) is an invitation by the Regional Municipality of Niagara (“Niagara Region”) to prospective bidders to submit bids for 2025-T-159 Canada Summer Games Interior Renovations – Combat Centre , as further described in Section A of the RFT Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). The Niagara Region is seeking the services of a qualified General Contractor to perform interior renovations within the existing Canada Summer Games facility located at 2021 Canada Games Way, Thorold, ON. The interior renovations will be located within the 2nd floor existing athletic/meeting room spaces and will involve demolition and new installations works permitting a more open space to accommodate a new Combat Centre. This RFT is being issued to all of the Successful Roster Listing developed from Contract 2024-RFSQ-203 specifically Category 1. |
