This Request for Proposal (the “RFP”) is an invitation by The Regional Municipality of Niagara(“Niagara Region”) to
prospective proponents to submit proposals for Completion of a Detailed Engineering Design for the Replacement/Upgrade of the Niagara Falls and Grimsby Wastewater Treatment Plant Effluent Flow Measurement Systems, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).

This RFP is being issued to a subset of the Successful Roster Listing developed from Contract 2019-RFPQ-173 specifically Category 2.
