This Request for Proposal (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Regional Municipality of Niagara (“Niagara Region”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Secure Towing and Impound Services for the Niagara Regional Police Service (NRPS), as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). 

The NRPS intends to award contracts to the top 2 successful proponents. Calls for towing will be rotated in a 1 for 1 pattern to equally distribute calls. Calls will not be distributed based on their value, but on a first come, first serve rotational basis.
