This Request for Supplier Qualifications (“RFSQ”) is an invitation by the Regional Municipality of Niagara (“Niagara Region”) to prospective respondents to qualify for eligibility for Tow Rotation List for Niagara Region / Niagara Regional Police Service (NRPS) as further described in Section A of the RFSQ Particulars (Appendix A) (the “Deliverables”).

It is the intent of this RFSQ to develop a roster list with qualified and experienced towing companies for recovery and towing of privately owned vehicles, referred to as Owner’s Request tows, within the Niagara Region boundaries, on an as needed basis.
