This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by the Regional Municipality of Niagara (“Niagara Region”) to prospective respondents to submit quotations for 2024-Q-189 Archeological, Built Heritage, and Cultural Landscape Assessments in Support of The Rosehill Water Treatment Plant New Intake and Outfall Class Environmental Assessment Addendum, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). The primary objective of this undertaking is to evaluate the study area’s archaeological potential and to allow for the assessment of the impact of alternative solutions. The successful respondent will need to conduct Archaeological Assessment, Built Heritage & Cultural Landscape Assessment, and Marine Archaeological Assessment in accordance with the Ontario Ministry of Citizenship and Multiculturalism (MCM) requirements. This RFQ is being issued to a subset of the Successful Roster Listing developed from Contract 2023-RFSQ-184 specifically Category 4.
