This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Regional Municipality of Niagara (“Niagara Region”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the acquisition and industrial development of Niagara Region’s surplus lands, municipally known as 401A Lakeshore Road and 14 Broadway Avenue in the City of St. Catharines, Ontario (the “Lands”), as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). |
