This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by The Regional Municipality of Niagara (“Niagara Region”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Group Benefits Carrier Marketing, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”). Niagara Region will only consider proposals received from proponents who have registered with Bids and Tenders and have obtained the RFP directly from Niagara Region’s public purchasing portal at https://niagararegion.bidsandtenders.ca/Module/Tenders/en (the “Bidding System”). It is the intention of The Regional Municipality of Niagara (“Niagara Region”) to retain a qualified insurer to provide group insurance coverage for the Insured Life, Optional Critical Illness, Optional Life and LTD benefits, as well as coverage for the Administrative Services Only Health and Dental benefits. Proposals will be accepted by proponents based upon any of the following three (3) options:
