This Invitation to Tender (the “RFT”) is an invitation by the Regional Municipality of Niagara (“Niagara Region”) to prospective bidders to submit bids for After Hours Security at Niagara Region Landfill Sites, as further described in Section A of the RFT Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). This RFT is to retain a qualified uniformed Security company to provide Security services for two (2) Niagara Region Landfill sites, Niagara Road 12 site in West Lincoln and the Humberstone site in Welland. |
