This Request for Tender (the “RFT”) is an invitation by The Regional Municipality of Niagara (“Niagara Region”) to prospective bidders to submit bids for Grinding of Brush, Wood Waste and Yard Waste at Three (3) Niagara Region Landfills, as further described in Section A of the RFT Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”). Niagara Region will only consider bids received from bidders who have registered with Bids and Tenders and have obtained the RFT directly from Niagara Region’s public purchasing portal at https://niagararegion.bidsandtenders.ca/Module/Tenders/en (the “Bidding System”). This Tender covers all necessary labour, equipment and material necessary for the Grinding of Brush, Construction & Demolition (C&D) Wood Waste and Yard Waste material at three (3) locations for The Regional Municipality of Niagara (the “Region”). |
