TENDER PACKAGE CAN ONLY BE PICKED UP FROM: THE PURCHASING OFFICE - The Regional Municipality of Niagara - Campbell West Building, 1815 Sir Isaac Brock Way Thorold, Ontario L2V 4T7 in the AFTERNOON on MONDAY MARCH 11, 2019.

A non-refundable payment in the amount of $25, reflecting part of the cost of document preparation, will be required for each set of tender documents taken. 

The work to be carried out under this contract consists of, but is not limited to (see Ad): · 

  • Full road excavation and reconstruction including curb and gutter,
  • Storm sewer, sanitary sewer and watermain
  • Street lighting and traffic signals
  • Landscaping and sidewalks
  • Any required appurtenances and restoration to complete the work
