This Request for Quotation (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by The Regional Municipality of Niagara(“Niagara Region”) to prospective respondents to to provide submissions in response to this non-binding quotation request for South Niagara Falls Wastewater Treatment Plant – Environmental Site Assessment Phase I and II, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”). Niagara Region will only consider quotations received from respondents who have registered with Bids and Tenders and have obtained the RFQ directly from Niagara Region’s public purchasing portal at https://niagararegion.bidsandtenders.ca/Module/Tenders/en (the “Bidding System”). The purpose of this undertaking is to retain the professional services of a consulting firm that can undertake the requisite fieldwork and laboratory tests for Phase I/II Environmental Site Assessments. The Phase I ESAs will be conducted in general accordance with Canadian Standards Association (CSA) Standards Standard Z768-01, Phase I ESA (reaffirmed 2016) for the purpose of identifying actual and potential contamination in the Study Areas. This RFQ is being issued to a subset of the Successful Roster Listing developed from Contract 2019-RFPQ-173 specifically Category 9. |
