This Invitation to Tender (the “RFT”) is an invitation by the Regional Municipality of Niagara (“Niagara Region”) to prospective Bidders to submit bids for Snow Clearing & Removal for Niagara Transit Commission (NTC) Bus Stops & Shelters, as further described in Section A of the RFT Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).

The NTC seeks qualified, responsible, and responsive Winter Maintenance companies to perform winter maintenance services at transit stops. Providing safe and reliable transit, in various operational models, throughout the Niagara Region is of the highest priority for the NTC. As such, the Bidders will be like-minded in considering the services outlined in this tender of same importance through performing as described in Part 4; in addition to the commitment of providing clear, accessible and safe locations for NTC’s conventional customers use of its service.
