This procurement is issued in accordance with the terms of the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement This Request for Proposal ("RFP") is an invitation by The Regional Municipality of Niagara ("Niagara Region") to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the provision of Janitorial Services. The successful bidder shall provide all the necessary labour, equipment and materials that meet or exceed the required services and performance conditions as further described in Appendix D – RFP Particulars (the "Deliverables").
