1.1.1   Invitation

This RFx is an invitation by the Regional Municipality of Niagara (“Niagara Region”) on behalf of the Niagara Regional Police Service Board ("NRPS") to prospective bidders to submit bids for 2026-T-177 Havis Mounts & Accessories for NRPS, as further described in Section A of the RFT Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). 

Notwithstanding any references to “The Regional Municipality of Niagara” and “Niagara Region” in this Contract, any references to The Regional Municipality of Niagara and Niagara Region shall be deemed to be replaced by The Regional Municipality of Niagara Police Service Board and NRPS.
