This Invitation to Tender (the “RFT”) is an invitation by the Regional Municipality of Niagara (“Niagara Region”) to prospective bidders to submit bids for 2025-T-1- Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE) Investigation for Pelham Water System as further described in Section A of the RFT Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).

The 2016 Niagara Region Master Servicing Plan Update (MSP) identified infrastructure improvement projects to support the growing communities of Pelham and Welland and improve water pressure in the distribution system

This RFT is being issued to a subset of the Successful Roster Listing developed from Contract 2023-RFSQ-184 specifically both Category 3.
