This Request for Quotation (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by The Regional Municipality of Niagara(“Niagara Region”) to prospective bidders to submit bids for Geotechnical / Hydrogeological Investigation and Construction Services for Beaverdams SPS and Forcemain, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).
