| Description: | The purpose of this Request for Pre-Qualification (RFPQ) is to establish a minimum level of experience and competency required to successfully execute the proposed civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation and controls upgrades at the WTP. Niagara Region, through issuance of this RFPQ, invites respondents to submit pre-qualification submissions to be considered for the construction associated with the upgrades at WTP. The Niagara Region intends to prequalify respondents who score 75% or higher in the evaluation. |
