Description: 

This Request for Proposal is for the consulting services required to prepare the Complete Streets Design Manual (CSDM) needed to implement the practices described in the Niagara Region Complete Streets Design Guidelines.

This consulting assignment is scheduled to commence in the first-quarter of 2020 with submission to Niagara Regional Council by second-quarter of 2021.
