***This RFP is being issued to a subset of the Successful Roster Listing developed from Contract 2023-RFSQ-184 specifically Category 5*** The Schedule of Deliverables consists of these five high-level phases that can be broken down further into individual work packages coexisting with the draft scope of work and finalized by issuance of individual Technical Memo (TM):
Review and assess the existing wastewater servicing and treatment needs for the Fort Erie area including current Operations and Maintenance costs and proposed capital costs. Identify current capacities of the wastewater facilities.
Identify issues for the existing and future servicing incorporating different growth scenarios (low, medium, high) using Triple Bottom Line Analysis. Identify Preferred Growth Scenario.
Develop options for alternate and improved servicing including Sustainability Programs under Preferred Growth Scenario including total cost of ownership (full life cycle costing) of each analysed servicing option.
Identify the Preferred Servicing Solutions and Design Concepts to accommodate the most efficient and cost-effective wastewater servicing and treatment including total cost of ownership.
Establish the business cases for the most efficient and cost-effective servicing strategies including total costs of ownership (full life cycle costing) estimates for incorporating the need, timing, and cost of construction upgrading and servicing infrastructure to accommodate the Preferred Growth Scenario.
