This Request for Proposal (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Regional Municipality of Niagara (“Niagara Region”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Intersection Improvements of Regional Road 20 (Highway 20 West) and Balfour Street in the Town of Pelham, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). This Request for Proposal is for the engineering services required to prepare the complete detailed engineering design (preliminary design and detailed design), prepare contract drawings and specifications, and provide contract administration, construction inspection, and material testing services for the Intersection Improvements of Regional Road 20 (Highway 20 West) and Balfour Street in the Town of Pelham. This RFP is being issued to a subset of the Successful Roster Listing developed from Contract 2023-RFSQ-184 specifically Category 20. |
