This Request for Quotation (the “RFQ”) is an invitation on behalf of The Niagara Public Purchasing Committee (NPPC) by The Regional Municipality of Niagara (“Niagara Region”) to prospective respondents to provide submissions in response to this non-binding quotation request for Niagara Peninsula Purchasing Committee – Supply and Delivery of Culvert Pipe, to various locations within the limits of the Niagara region, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”). The following agencies will be participating in this Request for Quotation (hereinafter called Participating Agencies);
Niagara Region will only consider quotations received from respondents who have registered with Bids and Tenders and have obtained the RFQ directly from Niagara Region’s public purchasing portal at https://niagararegion.bidsandtenders.ca/Module/Tenders/en (the “Bidding System”). Please refer to Appendix D – RFQ Particulars for a detailed description of the Deliverables, material disclosures and mandatory requirements. |
