Description: 

This contract is for the supply of all labour, equipment, and material required to complete upgrades
to the civil, electrical and mechanical upgrades at Garner Road Biosolids Management Facility. The project
scope of work includes the following:

Roadway Improvements 
Embankment Stabilization 
Construction of concrete spillways to protect the embankment slopes 
Replacement of the electrical system for site illumination, including replacement of all pole bases, pole and luminaires with high efficiency LED luminaires

This contract utilizes the “Niagara Peninsula Standard Contract Document” (Revision 19), which forms the specification documents.

This Tender has been extended to those contractors that have been qualified under the Region’s
“Request for Pre-Qualification of Niagara Region Garner Road Biosolids Facility Roadway Improvements and Embankment Stabilization in Niagara Falls: 2019-RFPQ-125”. Invited bidders only.
