This Invitation to Tender (the “RFT”) is an invitation by the Regional Municipality of Niagara (“Niagara Region”) to prospective bidders to submit bids for Supply and Delivery of Power Supply Cabinets, as further described in Section A of the RFT Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). The Supply and Delivery of Power Supply Cabinets is on an as required basis. The materials purchased in this contract will be used in capital projects for Regional owned assets. Quantities listed are estimated only. Orders will be placed on an “As-Required” basis. The Niagara Region shall not be bound to accept these quantities, and the successful bidder will be required to supply any quantity at the unit prices bid. Delivery included to the Niagara Region’s Traffic Operations, located within the Thorold Service Centre at 3547 Thorold Townline Road, Niagara Falls. |
