This Request for Supplier Qualifications (“RFSQ”) is an invitation by the Regional Municipality of Niagara (“Niagara Region”) to prospective respondents to qualify for eligibility to provide General Contractors for the Niagara Regional Police Service (NRPS) – NG911 Back Up Facility as further described in Section A of the RFSQ Particulars (Appendix A) (the “Deliverables”).

Objective

Niagara Region seeks to prequalify General Contractors (GCs) with the appropriate experience, capacity, and qualifications to bid on the construction of a new stand alone NG911 Back Up facility of post disaster construction located at 5 Lincoln St., Welland, ON.

Pre-qualification submissions are requested from interested respondents. Respondents responding to this request for prequalification shall be able to demonstrate they have completed projects of a similar nature (as defined in 2. Similar Projects).  All information submitted may be verified.  In the event that it is determined any of the information submitted is inaccurate or misleading, your firm may be disqualified from the Prequalification. Incomplete information may also limit your firm’s ability to qualify.
