This Invitation to Tender (the “RFT”) is an invitation by the Regional Municipality of Niagara (“Niagara Region”) to prospective bidders to submit bids for 2023-T-163 St. Catharines Train Station - Interior & Exterior Alterations , as further described in Section A of the RFT Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). The Niagara Region is seeking a qualified Architectural firm (the “Consultant”) with expertise in heritage rehabilitation to act as Prime Consultant for the design and contract administration of the St Catharines Train Station Rehabilitation project located at 5 Great Western St. St. Catharines, ON. Project scope includes full demolition of non-heritage 1950’s addition, selective demolition of portions of the existing Train Station facility with rehabilitation of existing heritage aspects. This RFT is being issued to the Successful Roster Listing developed from Contract 2022-RFPQ-163 specifically Category 1. |
