1.1.1   Invitation

This Request for Proposal (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Regional Municipality of Niagara (“Niagara Region”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for 2026 Water Treatment PLC Lifecycle Replacements, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). 

The Deliverables generally include providing qualified electrical/control installation labour, supervision, tools, consumables, testing support, coordination and closeout documentation required to replace obsolete PLC/control systems at multiple Niagara Region water treatment facilities. Niagara Region will free-issue the major PLC/control hardware and available drawings.
