This Negotiated Request for Proposals (this “NRFP”) is an invitation by The Regional Municipality of Niagara (“Niagara Region”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the operation of EarlyON Child and Family Centres in Niagara through which the proponent shall deliver a combination of mandatory core services to all children, ages 0 to 6 years, their families and caregivers, in compliance with applicable laws,as further described in Section A of Appendix D of this NRFP (collectively, the “Deliverables”). |
