This Invitation to Tender (the “RFT”) is an invitation by the Regional Municipality of Niagara (“Niagara Region”) to prospective bidders to submit bids for Removal and Replacement of Wooden Stairs and Ramp on Buildings at the Humberstone and Niagara Road 12 Landfill sites, as further described in Section A of the RFT Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). 

The  Regional Municipality of Niagara is interested in obtaining a contractor to remove and install new decking for select buildings at several Niagara Region Landfill sites. The sites at which decking and structures are to be replaced are the Humberstone Landfill (4 structures), Niagara Road 12 Landfill (3 structures).
