This Request for Proposal (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Regional Municipality of Niagara (“Niagara Region”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Emergency Management Software, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). 

The purpose of this initiative is to acquire a software solution to deliver a modern, integrated Emergency Management Software to replace the current emergency response processes, which are fragmented across multiple tools, manual workflows, and siloed teams, leading to delayed decision-making, duplicated effort, and gaps in situational awareness.
