This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by the Regional Municipality of Niagara (“Niagara Region”) to prospective respondents to submit quotations for Supply and Delivery of Network Equipment, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). 

The purpose of Supply and Delivery of Network Equipment RFQ is such that the materials purchased in this contract will be used in both day-to-day maintenance activities and capital projects for Regional owned assets as well as assets owned by other jurisdictions the Region provides maintenance to
