******This RFP is being issued to a subset of the Successful Roster Listing developed from Contract 2019-RFPQ-173 specifically Category 1.

Introduction

The most recent Water and Wastewater Master Servicing Plan (2016 WWWMSP) identified deficiencies in the pumping and storage capacities within the Welland Water Distribution system. The Region wishes to confirm the capacity restrictions and limitations within the entire Welland water distribution system and identify potential storage and pumping solutions to meet demands as well as provide system optimization.  This will include investigating and confirming the optimal new location for the Bemis Park Elevated Tank.
