This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by the Regional Municipality of Niagara (“Niagara Region”) to prospective respondents to submit quotations for 2024-Q-30 Consulting Services for SAEO Ceiling and Lighting Upgrades, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). The Niagara Falls Community Service Office Building at 5853 Peer Street, Niagara Falls is one of five (5) Social Assistance and Employment Opportunities (SAEO) buildings operated by Regional Municipality of Niagara (The Region) Community Services Division. This 9,700 sq ft two-story with full basement building was constructed in 1959 with an addition in 1983. The reception area was renovated in 2019 by the Region. The successful respondent will be responsible for designing new LED lighting and T-bar ceiling throughout the building. This RFQ is being issued to a subset of the Successful Roster Listing developed from Contract 2022-RFPQ-163 specifically Category 3. |
