This Invitation to Tender (the “RFT”) is an invitation by the Regional Municipality of Niagara (“Niagara Region”) to prospective bidders to submit bids for Niagara Road 12 – Interior Improvements, as further described in Section A of the RFT Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). Niagara Region is interested in updating their administration building located at the Niagara Road 12 Landfill. Work to be completed includes electrical modifications, HVAC updates, replacement of flooring, installing new furniture, gypsum wallboard work and millwork. Basic concrete work will take place on the exterior of the building. This RFT is being issued to the Roster Listing developed from Contract 2022-RFPQ-107 specifically Category 1.
