This Request for Pre-Qualification (“RFSQ”) is an invitation by the Regional Municipality of Niagara (“Niagara Region”) to prospective respondents to qualify for eligibility to provide Professional Subsurface Utility Engineering Services as further described in Section A of the RFSQ Particulars (Appendix A) (the “Deliverables”).

Niagara Region will only consider responses received from respondents who have registered with Bids and Tenders and have obtained the RFSQ directly from Niagara Region’s public purchasing portal at https://niagararegion.bidsandtenders.ca/Module/Tenders/en (the “Bidding System”).
